Operation Information

This operation will create a new User in Active Directory. This method only works with Powershell 7 and Windows Server 1809+ or Powershell 5.1(and below) and Windows Server 2016(or below) https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/295167/activedirectory-with-powershell-7-on-windows-serve
