FireText is an SMS business communications service. Hornbill's integration with FireText enables the sending of SMS messages and managing of contacts on the FireText SMS gateway from Hornbill workflows.

Update Updates a Contact in a FireText account. NOTE: if the provided mobile number doesn't already belong to a contact, then a new contact record will be created. This is a feature of the FireText API and cannot be switched off.
