In the Timesheet Manager configuration, use the Coworkers Visibility page to control which coworkers are visible to users within the app.
Generate
The Generate button on this page allows you to automatically generate visibility settings for users that are a manager of a team, giving them visibility to all coworkers within their managed teams. This can be used as a quick way to set up visibility for managers without having to manually select each coworker for them.
After selecting Generate you will be prompted to choose whether you want to remove existing visibility settings.

You can choose from the following options:
- Yes. This option will recreate visibility settings for all users based on their team management status, removing all existing manual visibility settings that have been applied.
- No. This option will create visibility settings for users that are managers of teams, but will not remove any existing manual visibility settings, allowing you to keep any custom visibility settings that have been applied while still giving managers visibility to their teams.
Manual selection
You can also manually select which coworkers are visible to each user by using the checkboxes next to each coworker’s name. This allows you to customize visibility settings for users that may not be managers, or to further restrict visibility for managers if required.

Visibility status
Either when adding a coworker through manual selection, or from the list of coworkers, the visibility status of viewers can be set to Active or Offline. This status controls whether the timesheet owner is currently visible to the timesheet viewer within the app, allowing you to temporarily disable visibility for specific coworkers without having to remove them from the visibility list entirely.
