Project RAG Tolerances

Knowing how you are performing in different aspects of your project is vital. Add simple RAG tolerances to the project.

Adding RAG Tolerances to a project

Use the + icon to add a new project RAG tolerance

  • RAG Tolerance: Add an entity for the new project RAG tolerance
  • RAG Status: Select the status of the new project RAG tolerance
  • Red Description: Provide a description of what a red status means for the new project RAG tolerance
  • Amber Description: Provide a description of what an amber status means for the new project RAG tolerance
  • Green Description: Provide a description of what a green status means for the new project RAG tolerance

When project RAG tolerances are added, edited or removed this is audited and written to the audit trail tab of the overall project as well as against the audit tab on each RAG tolerance, where it can be reviewed.
