Project Activity and Audit Log

Project Activity Streams

The activity stream is a notification mechanism and conversation space for the project. It lists project relevant discussions for the project stakeholders, and allows them to collaborate on its content. Project Stakeholders can use the + Follow icon to receive updates from the activity stream on the project to their News Feed

Post

Write something to the project activity stream. Include images, share videos, use wiki markup and emojis and giphys to emphasis or add emotion to the post.

  • Use Mentions to direct message another user / project stakeholders

  • More Actions

  • Open Post - Open the specific post in another tab

  • Bookmark - Add the post to one of your Bookmark Categories

  • Lock Post - Prevent any further comments from being added to the post

  • Archive Post - Remove the post from the activity stream and prevent any further comments from being adde to the post

  • Mute - Decide to not receive updates about a specific post on the timeline for a definable period of time

Each action on a project is audited centrally, including its initial creation, changes to project details, adding and removing resources, costs, risks, stakeholders, tasks and milestones.

Audit History Records

View who made a change, addition or removal to a project entity, what action was performed and when

  • Drill down into each Audit record to see more detail about what values were changed from and to
  • Use the Search option to find changes of a specific type, or by a specific project stakeholder

As well as the overall Project Audit history the following project entities also have their own audit histories on each entity record, these can be individually reviewed from the audit history on the relevant entity records:
