Co-Workers

The Co-workers List is a staff directory containing all the users in Hornbill. You can use this list to search for co-workers and obtain their contact information, such as email addresses and phone numbers.

Filter

The filter enables you to quickly find a co-worker. As you type, the list will automatically display co-workers whose first name, last name, full name, site, or organizational group matches your input.

Archived users

Archived users

The archived users button is an advanced option that is only available to users who have a role that contains the manage users system right. Clicking on this button will show only the users that have been archived in Hornbill.

Login Status

Select a login status to show only co-workers who match that status. The login statuses include:

  • No status. Show all co-workers, regardless of their login status.
  • Offline. Show the co-workers who are not logged in.
  • Online. Show the co-workers who are logged in.
  • Mobile. Show the co-workers who are logged in using the Hornbill Mobile app.
  • Inactive. Show the co-workers who are logged in but not currently active in Hornbill.

Availability Status

Select an availability status to show only co-workers who match that status.

Profile image

Click on a co-worker’s image to see a pop up with the following options:

  • Follow a co-worker.
  • Award a co-worker.
  • Start a conversation.

Note

Profile images that haven’t been updated with a photo are displayed as a colored circle with the first letter of the co-worker’s first name.

Profile name and contact details

  • Click on the co-worker’s name to be taken to their profile.
  • Click on any displayed email address to open the email composer to send them an email.
  • Click on a displayed phone number to initiate a call to the co-worker via installed browser tools.
