What is Hornbill?
Hornbill is a cloud-based work automation solution with a strong foundation in Enterprise Service Management, designed to efficiently manage, deliver, and offer services to both customers and employees.
Who can use the Hornbill Platform?
The platform can be used by several different types of people for different purposes. The platform provides a secure login to the features that each user has been given the rights to.
The applications and utilities available for each user will depend on the type of user and the roles that they have been assigned.
- Basic User Role. If you have been given the Basic User Role, you will have access to the Company Home and your user profile.
- User Role. If you have been given the User Role, you will have access to the Company Home, News Feed, Activities, Co-workers, Locations, and your profile.
